Complimentary Vehicle Inspection is a series of thorough interior and exterior vehicle checks performed by Kia Certified Technicians, providing a comprehensive overview of your vehicle’s condition. Under the Complimentary Vehicle Inspection, participating Kia Dealers will perform the following services free of charge on Kia vehicles: check oil and fluid levels; check operation of all lights; check tire condition; check brake operation; check battery condition; check steering operation; visually inspect engine and driveline; inspect electronic systems with a Kia Diagnostic Scan Tool; inspect under the vehicle and suspension. The Complimentary Vehicle Inspection does not cover the cost of any of the following: (i) maintenance or repair for wear and tear to items including, but not limited to, tires, brake pads, bulbs and drive belts; fluid top ups, including engine oil and filter changes; (ii) items that require replacement or repair for any reason including but not limited to excess wear and tear, misuse or a lack of maintenance as described in the Owner’s Manual; (iii) supplementary maintenance services (which will vary depending on vehicle usage).
